I. HISTORY of SHAKE-N-GO

We design and manufacture Fashionable, Durable, and Comfortable
human and synthetic hair products. Established in 1991, SNG is
the world's largest manufacturer of hair extensions, wigs, hairpieces
and accessories. Our brands include XQ, MOISTURE
REMY RAIN, SAGA, MILKYWAY, PURE, QUE by MILKYWAY, COS,
EQUAL and FREETRESS. And "Piano Color" is a trademark of Shake-N-Go.
Our single goal is to provide the creative hair stylist with best hair products.

II. SHAKE-N-GO COPYRIGHT

As between Shake-N-Go and you, except for User Content (as defined below),
Shake-N-Go is the sole owner of all content of the Shake-N-Go Sites, including,
without limitation, all applicable U.S. and non-U.S. patents, trademarks, copyrights,
trade secrets, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights there to,
as well as text, images, graphics, logos, typefaces, icons, audio, video and
software and other material appearing on the Shake-N-Go Sites
("Shake-N-Go Proprietary Material"). The compilation (meaning the collection,
arrangement and assembly) of all Shake-N-Go Proprietary Material on the Shake-N-Go
Sites is the exclusive property of Shake-N-Go. The contents of the Shake-N-Go Sites
are copyrighted under United States copyright laws.
